[tournament-org] Fischer Time suggested configurations

Thanks for the feedback.

I understand your sentiment. It's actually quite difficult to make definitive recommendations of the type you are suggesting, since usually tournaments want to make the maximum use of the time they have available, and have a number of variables (e.g. start time, finish time, time allocated for lunch etc).

I wonder if an alternative approach of suggesting how long should be allocated to a round for the different recommended time configurations would work better?

I'll ponder this a little more... hopefully the current spreadsheet is a help, but certainly I'll look to improve on it and provide more guidance.
