Hi, can somebody help me?

 

If you are using Outlook as your email client

 

and

 

You use "reply" or "reply all" to contribute to the conversations on the
britgo.org list service

 

and

 

your reply is addressed to the list automatically, not simply to the person
who wrote the mail

 

Could you tell me:

 

What version of outlook you are using?

 

Whether or not you are going through an exchange server?

 

Whether you are using POP3 or IMAP/STMP?

 

Whether you have ever had to manually edit the To/Cc list of recipients of
your reply because the mail is only going to be sent to the person who
originated the conversation?

 

What you had to do to fix that permanently.
