Just to let you know:

There is a new feature on the EGD submissions form.  You are asked to 
agree to a Tournament Conformity Declaration:

As a tournament referee / organizer / submitter I hereby declare that:

o    There was a registration process through which all the players were 
informed of their rights and obligations as participants in the 
submitted competition.

o    All the players were informed upon registration that the results of 
the competition will be made public including on the EGD webpage.

o    The names of the participants and the results which they obtained 
reflect an accurate record of the competition.
