[tournament-org] Trophies: Northern ....

Recent practice at the Northern has been for the TD to retain the Red Rose trophy, to ensure that the new shield is attached and that it is available for the next tournament.  A photo is normally taken of its "presentation" to the winner, and the winner is offered an emailed copy.  I am about to attach the final shield to the original Red Rose trophy, and have to acquire a new one.  That leads to the question about what to do with the old one!
