[tournament-org] The Bar in general

The initial McMahon score as determined by grade is measured in ZSU
(zero shodan units).
Thus a 1d is zero, a 1k is -1, a 2d is +1.
The bar setting Mbar is the initial MMS for all players above the bar.
So if the bar is at 2d Mbar is +1
So if the bar is at 3d Mbar is +2
So if the bar is at 1k Mbar is -1
