        been informed about certain things prior to tournament entry,
        we'll need to know how to handle these questions.

        I presume that when we receive results, we should be asking
        tournament organisers to confirm that they have done these
        things?

        What do we do if they then say that they haven't done those
        things?
        <br>

        Clearly the least likely way for there to be issues will be if
        someone has engaged with the tournament organiser prior to the
        tournament to ensure that players are informed of these things
        etc. Are you able to ensure this happens (or appoint someone to
        do it)?
