It is increasingly difficult not to get online. The same does not appear to be true for getting players to enter at the right grade.</p><p>Also the number of tournament venues and TDs is both finite and small. Perhaps the matter could be resolved by:</p><p>- asking if any of them envisage difficulty getting on line.</p><p>- If the answer is "yes because we don't have a mobile phone" then providing (as part of the travelling kit) a BGA "burner-phone" with instructions on how to buy a PAYG SIM would seem to be the answer. </p><p>- providing a no-internet option for GoDraw as a fallback <br></p></body></html>
